Brian has more than a decade of experience supporting large corporations, lean startups, and nonprofits across strategy, operations, business development, and sales. His industry expertise spans energy, renewables, technology, education, agriculture and financial services. Most recently, Brian has led growth initiatives at several early stage technology startups.

Brian started his career as an English teacher. He’s at his best with an open ended question and a blank sheet of paper.

Brian was first introduced to A Far Cry in 2016 and has been on the Strategy Committee since 2019. He joined the Board of Directors in 2023. Brian earned his MBA from the Yale School of Management, and holds a BA in Creative Writing, with minors in Physics and Biochemistry, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Brian lives in Jamaica Plain with his wife Feng. They have two beautiful children, Ada and Calder. Ada is already an ardent supporter of A Far Cry.
