Congratulations are in order for Crier Liza Zurlinden, who won the recent audition for a violin spot in New Century Chamber Orchestra! (Congratulations to New Century as well, for attracting such a fantastic new member.) New Century, much like A Far Cry, is a small string orchestra with no conductor. It's based in Liza's hometown of San Francisco, another great thing about this particular meeting of orchestra and musician. And the best part is that Liza can stay in Boston and keep Crying :-)
